Program Overview

A Journey Through Education, Innovation & Culture

Travel from London’s university and museum districts to Oxford’s historic academic surroundings, then continue by Eurostar to Paris. This educational journey brings together STEM exploration, art, history and cultural discovery for Canadian middle- and high-school students.

A hands-on CSI Forensic Science Workshop introduces investigation and collaborative problem-solving. Intended experiences at Imperial College London, the University of Oxford and Sorbonne University offer a setting for exploring higher education and future interests, alongside the cities and museums that surround them.

The standard program is eight days, with departure from Paris on Day 8. Schools choosing the optional Disneyland Paris extension spend Day 8 at the parks and depart from Paris on Day 9. Disneyland is not part of the standard itinerary or standard inclusions.

Program arrangements, university access, information sessions, admissions, accommodation and transport are subject to confirmation. Named institutions are intended visit locations, not confirmed Majole partners. The final quotation and itinerary will identify the services included for your group.

London and Oxford: education, science and discovery

Begin with central London’s public spaces, neighbourhoods and riverside landmarks. Explore the Science Museum, Natural History Museum and South Kensington academic district, and investigate evidence collection and fingerprint analysis through the CSI workshop.

The Oxford excursion combines the university environment with the historic city: college surroundings, the Bodleian Library, Divinity School, Radcliffe Camera, Covered Market and Broad Street. Entry to individual colleges and buildings will follow the confirmed arrangements. The intended Imperial experience includes a campus tour, discussion of engineering, medicine, science and business, and an overview of student life and admissions; institutional delivery is not yet confirmed.

Paris: academic traditions, art and cultural perspectives

Continue to Paris on the Eurostar and explore the Sorbonne and Latin Quarter setting, Île de la Cité and the city’s historic streets. The intended Sorbonne experience introduces French higher education, university history and student life; the host, campus access and session format remain to be confirmed.

Discover the Louvre’s collections, including the Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo, Winged Victory of Samothrace, antiquities and European masterpieces. Panoramic coach and walking routes connect the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, Les Invalides, Opéra Garnier, bridges and monuments, with a Seine cruise and Eiffel Tower photo stop. The final day adds a Parisian market, local food culture and café experience before departure.

Why choose this educational journey?

The program connects the subjects students study with university environments, scientific investigation, major collections and the everyday life of two European capitals. Its mix of academic discovery and cultural exploration gives school groups different ways to ask questions, compare perspectives and consider their future interests.
